The Haideh & Nejad Project is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and is produced by Sheba Arts. The project's aim is to use the cultural legacy and life stories of Haideh and Nejad Ahmadzadeh (founders of the Iranian National Ballet Company) to connect Iranian diaspora children with their heritage. This will be done through a series of storytelling workshops, exploring key myths shown in the pair's dances, and through the creation of an online archive.
On June 22nd, the children will share their learning with their families and the general public.
