Co-creation work with #DIPACT ended up in a performance @Whitworth Art Gallery. We had lots of positive and encouraging comments and I am proud of our achievement but wish it was during the gallery's normal opening hours when there were more people present. It seems, however, this is the acceptable trend for many art organisations. Hoping that one day the quality of work could be what wins you a place in different art organisations, rather than the group that you are pushed into and labelled with. Tired of being a mushroom!
