The experiment sounded simple enough, to a small amount of water that was hold in the mouth for about one minute, a little bit of salt was added, then five drops of the washing up liquid added to participate cells. The mixture was then put in alcohol which separated the mixture into two layers of water and oil. After letting it settle down for a short while, the DNA formed in the middle layer. So I guess the blob in the middle is me!
